Vidhi - (1) Sabse pahle beet ko ek presser kukar me 4 se 5 siti tak ubaal le.ubalne ke bad kukar khol kar beet ko thanda karne ke liye rakh le, thande hone ke bad beet ko mixer me pees le...
(2) ek patile me shakkar dale or shakkar dube utna pani dale, or uski ek taar wali chasni taiyar kare.....
(3) chasni taiyar ho jane ke bad usi chasni ke andar pisa hua beet ka paste daal de or use madhyam aanch me kam se kam 10 se 15 min. tak rakhe jab tak ki chasni or beet ka paste thoda gada na ho jaye, fir gas band kar de......
(4) ab pudina ko achhe se dhokar mixer me garam pani ki sahayta se pees le, pani utna hi dale jitne pani ki peesne ke liye jarurat ho. ab pudina ke paste ko chasni or beet wale paste me mila de....
(5) ab ek katori me sab nimbu ka ras nikal de.. jab chasni wala misharan thoda thanda ho jaye tb nimbu k ras ko usme mila de.....
(6) fir is mishran ko chan le.... or ek bottle me bhar le....
(7) aavshyaktanusar ek glass me thoda pani or gade beet k sharbat ko thoda milakar serve kare....
